Speak for Me provides a real-time text-to-speech communication application designed primarily for individuals with speech limitations. The App allows users to type messages that are converted into natural-sounding speech for phone or in-person communication.

USER ACCOUNTS

Users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain your account security.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

All payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Phone for Me LLC does not store or process user payment data directly.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, trademarks, and design elements are the property of Phone for Me LLC. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of any text or data you input into the App. We do not sell or share user data for advertising.

PRIVACY

Your use of Speak for Me is governed by our Privacy Policy.

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the App for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phone for Me LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the App.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Lee County, Florida.
